Noema

Welcome to Noema Hotel !

Where your stay finds meaning.

A newly built hotel in the heart of Sivota Thesprotias, just 400 meters from the sea, consists of 32 rooms, (24 double rooms, 6 loft rooms and 2 signature suites), modern, minimal, in earthy tones combining contemporary aesthetics with the simplicity of Greek hospitality.

Every detail aims to offer relaxation, privacy and a sense of unpretentious luxury.

The swimming pool becomes a place to relax under the Ionian sun, while the hotel's cafe-restaurant is a meeting point, a place of taste and enjoyment, both for morning coffee and for a cool cocktail under the colors of the sunset.

More than a stay.

A reason to return.
